First time here and everyone was super friendly and the facility is really clean. I decided to come here due to symptoms of a sinus infection. I love how easy it was to make an appt, especially same day! I also saw a sign that they take walk ins. Overall great experience!

I schedule my appointments online, I’m always checked in on time, amazing friendly staff that will not rush you, and actually cares for their patients. The providers are kind and patient. This eastvale location specifically is top tier.

So I’m like 100% sure I have either the flu or Covid. I came in here only because I have an infant my older boys I’ve had Covid in the flu. My baby is only one and a half so I didn’t want to get swabbed for Covid and the flu the PA who was working I believe his name was Jeremy obviously did not want to do any testing again. I have an infant. I don’t feel like sitting in an urgent care for 12+ hours nor do I feel like having my infant hospitalized due to Covid and or the flu so I had to walk my ass back to the Carbon health to tell them I wanted to get swabbed for Covid and the flu. It’s a little bit annoying that I come out of my way and pay for a visit when I don’t get anything done all he tested me for was strep and I knew I didn’t have strep. He did not listen to any of my concerns and or symptoms He sat there and said that everything seems to be revolving around my throat hurting, which was not the case I never once said that the nurse Lulu was amazing. She helped me and she also did my swab test.

Everything was amazing from staff to facility to the Doctor. We loved it and will recommend to everyone

I’ve been sick all week with cough  my daughter said I should come . So my grandson took me. It was fast and great going there there took care of my health quick got the shot I needed .. I felt so sick and nearest urgent care that my insurance cover was Marque Urgent care in Fontana. I rebooked my appointment online with easy access, and waiting time was short, from the receptionist, nurse, and doctor were super kind and effective. Clinic was spotless clean, very well maintained. Thank you for making me feel better with your care.
