I tested positive for Covid on Thursday night and I made an appointment for telehealth because I didn’t want to leave my house;I was too sick.  The Dr was awesome and listened to my concerns about taking Paxflovid that has many side effects.  She recommended I purchase a pulse oximeter to check my oxygen levels which I ordered right after our call.   Costa Mesa urgent care has always given me excellent service during my various health crisis in person and now with Telehealth.  I am glad they are there when I need them

I was battling the flu for a week when I realized that I felt pain on my chest every time I took a deep breath. I went to the clinic to have a X-ray done of my chest to see why. Both staff and Dr. Pouldar were very attentive and very thorough. Dr. Pouldar gave me a detailed diagnosis  by interpreting the X-ray and listening to my lungs. But he didn’t stop there. He had a radiologist read the X-ray of my chest and called me to relate his/her comments and suggested I have my cardiologist do am echo of my heart  to see if the liquid in my lungs were due to heart failure or due to the flu. I called my cardiologist right away and had the echo done. I got good news and I wasted no time thanks to Dr. Pouldar. I will definitely use this clinic in the future if I need their services!

Friendly, kind and caring staff from the minute you walk in! Facility is clean, I never have to wait more than 2-3 minutes to be called by the assistance to be taken back after checking in. So thankful to have such a great urgentcare so close to home.

What a great experience. Easy to check-in and pleasant professional people to take care of you. I had Dr. Eskarous attend to my needs. What a wonderful person and the Dr. Immediately put me a ease. Dr. Eskarous listened carefully to my concerns and then took time to explain what the issue was and what could be done to take care of it. Dr. Eskarous is great. Thank you to all the staff as going to urgent care can be stressful. Everyone at Sand Canyon is cheerful and pleasant.

I was feeling faint/weak so when I walked in, the receptionist got me to an exam room immediately. The Dr. and his assistant really listened to me and preformed each test I asked for. Very thorough and great staff. I have come another time when I wasn't feeling well, and would come back again if I don't feel well.

I came in at 5pm off the streets in severe pain and Dr. RITTER gave me excellent care and more knowledge in one session than my current Doctor did in 4 months! Think he's great and would recommend all clients in pain to see him. Thanks D.G.

From the moment I walked in the office, I was greeted immediately. The front office staff was very nice, so was the medical assistant and gentleman that did my EKG. Dr. Ken was very thorough and and ordered the needed tests to confirm what is going on with me. I would highly recommend this practice!
