So amazing these caring souls that work here! I came in last minute with my daughter and in the kerfuffle of illness and getting her there on time we forgot her ID. The appointment I had originally was at 6:30 and they close at 7. We didn’t get back there with the ID until 6:50. The angel at the front desk called me to see if I was still coming! They helped us thoroughly, thoughtfully and with incredible kindness. Thank you immensely.

This was a great place. Everyone was very nice and caring. We Loved that there was an X-ray tech and machine onsite. Is definitely recommend as well as go back if I ever need to.

So I’m like 100% sure I have either the flu or Covid. I came in here only because I have an infant my older boys I’ve had Covid in the flu. My baby is only one and a half so I didn’t want to get swabbed for Covid and the flu the PA who was working I believe his name was Jeremy obviously did not want to do any testing again. I have an infant. I don’t feel like sitting in an urgent care for 12+ hours nor do I feel like having my infant hospitalized due to Covid and or the flu so I had to walk my ass back to the Carbon health to tell them I wanted to get swabbed for Covid and the flu. It’s a little bit annoying that I come out of my way and pay for a visit when I don’t get anything done all he tested me for was strep and I knew I didn’t have strep. He did not listen to any of my concerns and or symptoms He sat there and said that everything seems to be revolving around my throat hurting, which was not the case I never once said that the nurse Lulu was amazing. She helped me and she also did my swab test.

Online scheduling with txt msg reminder was easy and helpful. Check in was easy and straightforward, they let me know right away what is covered. I waited about 8 minutes in total before o saw the PA and she was very professional and patient. I would definitely recommend this place.

I went in as walk in because I had sore throat a long with ear ache my Dr Office does not have urgent care anymore and I've been to this location before so I went back aIcwas pleased with time to be seen and I was treated with the upmost care thanks to your Staff

I walked in to urgent care and didn’t have a long wait. Check-in was a breeze. The staff was friendly and informative. The doctor was knowledgeable and had a great bedside manner.   I highly recommend this urgent care.

Grace Chung was so professional, took history and ordered tests, received results in the stop at noon next day! Not only am I extremely pleased, I won’t hesitate to refer!

Always have a good experience at this urgent care. Have been to others in the area, and they do not compare with professionalism and care received. I always feel taken care of when I come here. Zero complaints.

Had eye difficulty and when we contacted your urgent care facility we specifically asked if you had the equipment to test an eye and was informed that you had it. However, when we went there, that was not the case.

First time walking in and visiting the clinic. Everybody is super friendly. I’m recommending this place to my family members who go to other facilities at the moment.

Nice staff, diagnosed quickly, pretty quick visit overall

November 4 I came in with an incredibly horrible sore throat no other symptoms. It was not prescribed anything for my incredibly horrible symptoms and then 10 days later I came in again with an incredible amount of congestion and I was given a prescription for an inhaler, three days supply of steroids and some nighttime cough medicine which didn’t do anything. The steroids didn’t do shit. The inhaler helps me in the morning but after over two weeks, I’m still blowing yellow stuff out of my nose and coughing up yellow stuff out of my lungs so virtual appointment, urgent care and will be my appointment this month.

I was in and out. Everyone was very friendly if I were to go to the ER they would have taken almost 7 hours. The staff was a great help to me. Everything was well organized. We definitely recommend coming here to anyone !!

First time here and everyone was super friendly and the facility is really clean. I decided to come here due to symptoms of a sinus infection. I love how easy it was to make an appt, especially same day! I also saw a sign that they take walk ins. Overall great experience!
