          The PA was kind and non alarming!  I didn’t feel that way with the previous visit 2 days before! She explained things carefully, so I understood what I was dealing with and prescribed the correct medication! The previous PA told me I would get a call with the results of my urine  test, but I never got that call and my antibiotics needed to be changed. I developed a fever and came in again! Not sure why I never got that call???

          Online scheduling with txt msg reminder was easy and helpful. Check in was easy and straightforward, they let me know right away what is covered. I waited about 8 minutes in total before o saw the PA and she was very professional and patient. I would definitely recommend this place.

          From the moment we stepped in to the moment we walked out, it was a pleasant visit. The girl who took my daughter’s vitals was very nice, very attentive, and the Dr was a sweetheart!!!! Totally recommend!!! The man at the front desk was so nice to pause a movie to give my daughter the title so we could continue it at home. The girl at the front desk nicely explained how the ticket validation went in order for them to be successful. Zero complaints!!!

          My worse nightmare of needing an urgent care visit on a Saturday at 6pm. Surprisingly I found Carbon Health Urgent Care with several appointments available. The checkin as a first visit was so easy and I was seen IMMEDIATELY. The physician was attentive, thorough and so friendly.           I was able to get a Telehealth appointment the same day from the awesome front desk scheduling ladies (thank you) and the doctor was able to update my my referrals right away.
