Being able to make an appointment and being seen in a timely manner is a huge plus. Carbon Health in Los Al is my go to Urgent Care as it is for several of my friends. I was greeted with kindness and was checked in immediately. Time from start to finish was about 1 hour. Kudos to Team Sarah, Mony, Bryan and Destiny in their team approach for taking care of us!

I always feel cared for when I come to this clinic.  Dr Newman is my favorite doctor.   He talks to me like a concerned freind would.

So amazing these caring souls that work here! I came in last minute with my daughter and in the kerfuffle of illness and getting her there on time we forgot her ID. The appointment I had originally was at 6:30 and they close at 7. We didn’t get back there with the ID until 6:50. The angel at the front desk called me to see if I was still coming! They helped us thoroughly, thoughtfully and with incredible kindness. Thank you immensely.

I was a walk in, for pre-employment physical, drug test and tb test. I checked in maybe waited 15 mins. Everyone was nice and very helpful. It was super easy to get it all done. I think it all took like 40 mins, if not less. The office is super clean. Best experience ever! Definitely recommend.

Dr. Godbole saw me about severe sunburn on my face and educated me on proper next steps. She really care about the well being of her patients as she called me over the weekend to check if the prescription was affective. She went out of her way and represents Solvhealth very well!

My last review was mistakenly submitted to AME Medical Group. In fact it was for a different Urgent Care in Cerritos on Bloomfield Ave. which is run by some Chinese people. I apologize for making a wrong submission. Indeed, my experience with AME Medical Group, Norwalk went very well. I am very pleased to meet Dr. Mishal, her humble and polite attitude, her professional knowledge and her dealing with the patients. I am also very pleased to meet the staff who was very professional and polite. Overall my experience with AME Medical Group turned out very good.

The girls are always so wonderful to me and patient. I will sit there just because their music is always calming and fun. Kindness and respected as a patient is always on point

Unfortunately Dr Watkins was not able to get  in touch with me. I did not read the instructions well and did not click on the link 10 minutes before the designated time. Frankly I confess that I am not very technically savvy. I just figured that the Dr would call me. Thank you.

I was able to get a Telehealth appointment the same day from the awesome front desk scheduling ladies (thank you) and the doctor was able to update my my referrals right away. The front desk people immediately sent my referrals to be processed. I would recommend this office to anyone who wants high quality, immediate service!
