Had eye difficulty and when we contacted your urgent care facility we specifically asked if you had the equipment to test an eye and was informed that you had it. However, when we went there, that was not the case.

The PA was kind and non alarming!  I didn’t feel that way with the previous visit 2 days before! She explained things carefully, so I understood what I was dealing with and prescribed the correct medication! The previous PA told me I would get a call with the results of my urine  test, but I never got that call and my antibiotics needed to be changed. I developed a fever and came in again! Not sure why I never got that call???

I've had to visit here a few times and every time has been a great experience. Friendly, kind and hardly any wait time. I highly recommend it

I walked in to urgent care and didn’t have a long wait. Check-in was a breeze. The staff was friendly and informative. The doctor was knowledgeable and had a great bedside manner.   I highly recommend this urgent care.

Amazing, so quick and helpful. Took the time to hear my ailments and talk through all of my treatment options. Will come back anytime I am not feeling well.

So I’m like 100% sure I have either the flu or Covid. I came in here only because I have an infant my older boys I’ve had Covid in the flu. My baby is only one and a half so I didn’t want to get swabbed for Covid and the flu the PA who was working I believe his name was Jeremy obviously did not want to do any testing again. I have an infant. I don’t feel like sitting in an urgent care for 12+ hours nor do I feel like having my infant hospitalized due to Covid and or the flu so I had to walk my ass back to the Carbon health to tell them I wanted to get swabbed for Covid and the flu. It’s a little bit annoying that I come out of my way and pay for a visit when I don’t get anything done all he tested me for was strep and I knew I didn’t have strep. He did not listen to any of my concerns and or symptoms He sat there and said that everything seems to be revolving around my throat hurting, which was not the case I never once said that the nurse Lulu was amazing. She helped me and she also did my swab test.

Been here a couple of times and everyone is friendly .. scheduling was easy and waiting times not bad at all

Dr. Watkins  is wonderful she is a great doctor and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Check in was easy.

Everyone was friendly and helpful, appreciate it especially when I was not feeling well.

Dr Watkins is the best! She very thoughtfully and professional. She listens and hears everything I was saying . Need more like her.

From the moment we stepped in to the moment we walked out, it was a pleasant visit. The girl who took my daughter’s vitals was very nice, very attentive, and the Dr was a sweetheart!!!! Totally recommend!!! The man at the front desk was so nice to pause a movie to give my daughter the title so we could continue it at home. The girl at the front desk nicely explained how the ticket validation went in order for them to be successful. Zero complaints!!!

Felt rushed answered my main concern but I had a secondary related concern and doc was giving me instructions while already walking out the door so didn't get to my second question.
