My appointment was at 2:15, but didn’t see the doctor until 3:15. The nurse was very good. Good information and she listened.

Dr. Kenneth Farrell saw my for a lingering cough. He said he was prescribing a steroid for the cough, and when I asked if I could have cough medicine he said he would give promethazine. When I went to pick up my prescription, there was no steroid. Also, his bedside manner was off-putting.

My proscriptions were never ordered so my care is substantially incomplete. Left a VM. No response. Not a good experience

Efficient and professional clinic helped me to evaluate wrist injury on New Year’s Eve.

Grandson needed an EKG, suggested by his doctor at Children's Hospital in Aurora, so we stopped by to have it done. My phone was zero percent charged, so we were walk-ins. It took maybe 10-12 minutes to be seen by the nursing staff. She was great to Bryan and then the Nurse Practitioner came in and was just as great to my grandson, while providing the necessary care.
