I happened into this location near Times Square (42nd and 9th Street I believe), desperately in need of a last minute Covid Antigen test after finding no locations anywhere for 1.5 hours with my 10-year old. Thankfully, we found this location and the staff were beyond helpful and kind! Shout out to Patricia at the front desk and the Manager at this location, (unfortunately I didn’t get his name). Everyone was seriously great and super helpful and friendly, they literally saved the day for us.

Today was the first time I ever went to CityMD Urgent care. Vanessa at the front desk was friendly, professional and made my visit a great experience. I didn't know what to expect, and I was very pleased when walking in and waiting. Christina who showed me to the exam room and took my Vitals was amazing. Very pleasant atmosphere... and I like the music they play there. It is spacious and modern, very clean. I went for a covid rapid test. It was a breeze as the technician in no way tried to poke my eyes out, through my nose, during the test. They allow only a certain number of people in to comply with social distancing. As a seat opens, you may enter. A very positive experience.
