I was blown away by the care from the time I entered until I left. Actually the shortest time I ever spent in any urgent care facility. Everyone in clinical was very caring from Jonathan to The PA, Laura and finally, the best shot giving nurse on the planet, Emily. Thanks again.

This only grades up to 5 stars. From arriving to checking in to meeting with the doctor I would have to give them a 10-20 star review. Anyone who goes to an Urgent Care clinic has to or should know that there's always going to be a wait even with an appointment. Sometimes caring for a patient takes longer than anticipated. As long as they take care of me in the same manner I am fine with waiting. The waiting wasn't as long as I thought that it would be with or without an appointment. The quality of care is unsurpassed with any other clinic. All the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I just can't say enough of great things about this clinic.

This was my first time visiting the clinic/a very pleasant experience from the first phone call to walking out the door after the visit. All the office staff, Jen, and Dr. Williams were very nice, professional, attentive, and efficient. Dr. Williams bedside manner was excellent. I would absolutely recommend Doctors Urgent Care to others.

Went in with nose congestion, nausea, headache, not Covid19! Sinuses

I made an appointment for a Covid test. It was for 3:40 pm on Tuesday, August 2. After checking in, we were told to wait in our car til they called us. The wait time would be about 20 minutes. My husband and I waited almost 1 hour in our car before I went in and asked how much longer. Personnel told me they were about ready for us and I could get my husband. Johnathan did our nasal swabs and was very professional. Dr. Dean, great personality and very caring, did come in our room to talk with us before he told us to wait in our car for about 15 minutes for the results. We waited about a half hour before Dr. Dean came out to our car to give us the paperwork that we were negative for Covid. Would suggest timeframes would be more accurate. results.

I was very impressed with the facility and the staff. They were very helpful and kind. I was glad there was a doctor available and I appreciated getting my antibiotic for free. Next time I need urgent care this is where I will go.

The amount of electronic “paperwork” is ridiculous and the fact. That you have to do it all on your tiny phone is crazy. I have to fill out the same for 2 kids! Just give me paper!!!

I was visiting from out of state when I sick with heavy congestion, cough, low energy, and no appetite. They were thorough and did a wonderful job of diagnosing what I thought was a sinus infection or chest cold as the pneumonia it was.

I always use Dr’s Urgent Care when I can’t see my Primary Care Physician and will continue to do so!!

This was my second visit at this urgent care. I had such a great experience the first time that I decided to revisit again. Even though there is one closer to me. Office runs so smoothly and staff are very professional.
