I was seen by a very competent physical assistant. She addressed my needs and concerns and prescribed an appropriate antibiotic. I am on the road to recovery and appreciate the excellent care I received at this urgent care! I would recommend this facility highly!

Front desk staff was rude and dismissive, especially the middle aged woman with shoulder length blondish, gray hair. Not just to me but another patient waiting as well. Basically wouldn't help with insurance, by making the call for precertification to confirm emergency. I paid for the visit, but she still classified it as an "office visit" when I was in with a 5 year old presenting with blood in her urine. She is a disservice to your facility. Wanted to do as little as possible. The doctor was great!!

Scheduled online before driving there.  I was taken in as soon as I arrived and the provider saw me in minutes.  15 minutes visit.

Wen to get my immigration medical done and they staff was super friendly and kind .customer service all round was excellent. Place was clean and tidy might consider using them for my primary care

There was no wait, but I had to use an app to check in, which took about 10 minutes.  So, why are there employees at the front desk, if I’m doing their job for them?  I could see the benefit of this if there were 5 people waiting to check in… but they couldn’t do my intake when I was literally the only person in the waiting room? I was pulled into the room pretty quickly, but then waiting in the exam room for about 1/2 hour.  The doctor was friendly and listened to my list of symptoms and then examined me.   Besides the check in process and wait to be seen by the doctor , everything was positive.

Priority urgent care is my backup for when my kids pediatrician is booked. I can always get a quick appointment and they’ve always been helpful.
