Everything was great except for the wait time which was past my scheduled appointment.  But it was explained that they had a higher number of patients than usual. My overall experience was really good.

MA should leave the room during time with provider. Personal questions were awkward and uncomfortable to answer with them standing there.

Although I had an appointment, I still had to wait a half hour before my turn. I had to explain why I was there to 3 people: the MA, the intern, then the provider. My symptoms included cough, congestion, headache, sore throat. When I came 3 months earlier with similar symptoms, I was prescribed one medication for cough and another for congestion. This time I was not given any prescriptions. I would not have wasted my time if I knew I would not be given a prescription to relieve my symptoms.

Dr. Shah and his staff were terrific. They identified the problem and ordered the appropriate treatment.  I would recommend their office to anyone!

I spent all day friday with my primary care office.no help at all.i walked into your office,got help in a reasonable time frame.doctor listened to me,diagnosed me and off I went to the drug store.i can now take my medicine and see my family for christmas.Big thank you.

Excellent experiance. Ive been sick for over a month went to 2 other Drs and they were no help just suggested over the counter meds. I got progressivly worse then decided to try DOCS. The nurse practioner listened to me and evaluated me and got me diagnosed with antibiotics! I’m finally on the road to recovery! The receptionist was amazing as well! Great staff and great experiance! Very grateful!!

Went in with a high fever, body aches, migraine, delirium, chest pain, weakness and hardship breathing. Staff never checked my temperature. My partner, Michael Quinn was also seen the same day for the same symptoms. The staff member he spoke to didn’t recognize the term pulmonary which is quite scary and concerning. For my partner, they only checked BP. No temp or pulse ox taken.

The staff was great and the doctor was very nice and really listened to what I had to say. Deffinelty will continue to go back there when I need to
