It Was A Follow Up Appointment With Dr. Walter, Everyone & Everything Was EXTREMELY PERFECT!!

Although I had an appointment, I still had to wait a half hour before my turn. I had to explain why I was there to 3 people: the MA, the intern, then the provider. My symptoms included cough, congestion, headache, sore throat. When I came 3 months earlier with similar symptoms, I was prescribed one medication for cough and another for congestion. This time I was not given any prescriptions. I would not have wasted my time if I knew I would not be given a prescription to relieve my symptoms.

4th year getting dot physical here..always very professional

Accidentally dropped a grill cleaner with a knife like edge. It hit the top of my left foot and made a very deep cut. The blood was gushing out and no amount of pressure could stop it. I went Priority Urgent Care East Haven and was immediately taken care of. They cleaned the wound and gave me stitches. They were very kind and incredibly helpful. They also told me how to care for it. I need to return in 10 days to have the stitches removed and I am looking forward to seeing the staff again.

The staff is very friendly there was no waiting time the aprn that saw me was very nice and caring and she listened to my needs I would recommend her

My department came here for the rapid test. The covid test wasn't pleasant but the staff was fantastic.

COVID Test, nasal swab, not at all painful, a tad annoying - close your eyes. Results in 3-5 days. Tech had a "good touch".

Really not docs fault for the wait, many people need to be tested for Covid, otherwise very please with the level of service we were provided...
