Although I had an appointment, I still had to wait a half hour before my turn. I had to explain why I was there to 3 people: the MA, the intern, then the provider. My symptoms included cough, congestion, headache, sore throat. When I came 3 months earlier with similar symptoms, I was prescribed one medication for cough and another for congestion. This time I was not given any prescriptions. I would not have wasted my time if I knew I would not be given a prescription to relieve my symptoms.

The staff is very friendly there was no waiting time the aprn that saw me was very nice and caring and she listened to my needs I would recommend her

I booked my appmt. Online for 5 pm.  Checked in early no problem. People kept walking & the little assistant kept bringing more people in before me. Finally the APRN noticed this happening & had to straighten problem out & I got in at 7 pm & spent the next 45 minutes being talked to & examine & going over my problem.  The receptionist was not aware of appmts taking precedence to “walk-ins”  well handled!!!

Everyone was so nice and careing. We are so lucky to have such a great urgent care in our town.

Staff very friendly. Caregivers knowledgeable. In and out in a very reasonable amount of time. Would use them again for an urgent care need.

COVID Test, nasal swab, not at all painful, a tad annoying - close your eyes. Results in 3-5 days. Tech had a "good touch".

I arrived there early - they started the process early too! Waited in my car, it was relatively quick, easy and painless. Staff was great! Not sure how they keep smiling with a long line of people outside from the minute they open! Would highly recommend this facility :-)

Really not docs fault for the wait, many people need to be tested for Covid, otherwise very please with the level of service we were provided...
