went to this doc’s for the first time in Stratford for a quick check up had a wonderful and fast experience will be coming again I had amazing help from Ruthie and Deja thank you for a friendly and trusting experience

I arrived there early - they started the process early too! Waited in my car, it was relatively quick, easy and painless. Staff was great! Not sure how they keep smiling with a long line of people outside from the minute they open! Would highly recommend this facility :-)

Everything about my appointment was easy and quick. I had an issue and was not able to be seen by my PCP until the following week. Fortunately I was able to walk in without an appointment here. Staff is friendly, kind, and very professional, and helped me figure out and resolve the issue. I would definitely recommend this provider.

Although I had an appointment, I still had to wait a half hour before my turn. I had to explain why I was there to 3 people: the MA, the intern, then the provider. My symptoms included cough, congestion, headache, sore throat. When I came 3 months earlier with similar symptoms, I was prescribed one medication for cough and another for congestion. This time I was not given any prescriptions. I would not have wasted my time if I knew I would not be given a prescription to relieve my symptoms.

The whole process was easy and everyone at the office was pleasant and took their time to answer all of my questions. I was not rushed through my visit.

Fast and easy , check in at the front offices, a link was send to my phone in order to up load all my personal and insurance information , signed all the paperwork in the app and summit it with in few minutes everything was done and I received a confirmation

Cut myself this morning headed over and got two stitches. The staff and the PA were so super nice! They made having to come here and get stitches. Much easier!

After a couple of days of visiting a hospital and not feeling well i decided to go into this walk in clinic. Right away i could tell the people and staff at this clinic really cared about their patients and showed concerned and took proper care of me while in their care. One staff member was supposed to leave at 5pm and she stood over her shift to make sure I was healthy enough to leave on my own even called the next morning to make sure i was doing well something the hospital didn't even do. I highly recommend that if you are looking to go somewhere where you are ill to give this place a shot you will not be disappointed.

The girls at the desk are doing the best they can in a really tough situation they were so pleasant and so nice gave complete information. My only concern was that we were all going in for Covid testing and you had to login manually on an iPad that no one cleaned between patients. There was a bottle of hand sanitizer if you choose to use it. One patient walked in without a mask until she realized it - so the exposure level is probably very high.
