Everything was great except for the wait time which was past my scheduled appointment.  But it was explained that they had a higher number of patients than usual. My overall experience was really good.

MA should leave the room during time with provider. Personal questions were awkward and uncomfortable to answer with them standing there.

Everyone is friendly and helpful, from the receptionist to the nurses to the provider. Attentive doctors that listen to concerns and provide detailed and helpful information. They take both physical and mental health into consideration.

Each and every staff person was very friendly and professional. It was a positive experience

woke up with flu symptoms. scheduling an appointment easy. no wait time. friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Front desk staff was rude and dismissive, especially the middle aged woman with shoulder length blondish, gray hair. Not just to me but another patient waiting as well. Basically wouldn't help with insurance, by making the call for precertification to confirm emergency. I paid for the visit, but she still classified it as an "office visit" when I was in with a 5 year old presenting with blood in her urine. She is a disservice to your facility. Wanted to do as little as possible. The doctor was great!!

Cut myself this morning headed over and got two stitches. The staff and the PA were so super nice! They made having to come here and get stitches. Much easier!

Dr. Shah and his staff were terrific. They identified the problem and ordered the appropriate treatment.  I would recommend their office to anyone!

I appreciate the leve of care received. I prefer to go to this location than any where else. My last visit was decent but the front desk lady tried to take my blood and bruised both my arms and I ended up with an upper arm reaction, very frustrating and painful experience, I still have the image to this day.

I had a sneaking suspicion something was amiss but I wanted a professional opinion. My PCP clinic is 1.5hr away and this situation wasn't worth the drive so I made an appointment here. It took a little while to be seen but I was really pleased with the quality of care.

Excellent experiance. Ive been sick for over a month went to 2 other Drs and they were no help just suggested over the counter meds. I got progressivly worse then decided to try DOCS. The nurse practioner listened to me and evaluated me and got me diagnosed with antibiotics! I’m finally on the road to recovery! The receptionist was amazing as well! Great staff and great experiance! Very grateful!!
