4th year getting dot physical here..always very professional

The staff was very courteous, friendly, and very attentive!

Although I had an appointment, I still had to wait a half hour before my turn. I had to explain why I was there to 3 people: the MA, the intern, then the provider. My symptoms included cough, congestion, headache, sore throat. When I came 3 months earlier with similar symptoms, I was prescribed one medication for cough and another for congestion. This time I was not given any prescriptions. I would not have wasted my time if I knew I would not be given a prescription to relieve my symptoms.

Staff was very helpful & polite. Received very good care. Was taken care of immediately.

Needed testing done and the doctor was very nice. Office was very clean and doctor was also very efficient and on top of things.

COVID Test, nasal swab, not at all painful, a tad annoying - close your eyes. Results in 3-5 days. Tech had a "good touch".
