Pediatric urgent care near me in Naugatuck, CT

Front desk staff was rude and dismissive, especially the middle aged woman with shoulder length blondish, gray hair. Not just to me but another patient waiting as well. Basically wouldn't help with insurance, by making the call for precertification to confirm emergency. I paid for the visit, but she still classified it as an "office visit" when I was in with a 5 year old presenting with blood in her urine. She is a disservice to your facility. Wanted to do as little as possible. The doctor was great!!

Cut myself this morning headed over and got two stitches. The staff and the PA were so super nice! They made having to come here and get stitches. Much easier!

Was able to make an appt online  and was seen quickly. Everyone was friendly and professional. Great experience and pharmacy across the street!  Thank you!

The ease of scheduling the appointment was a plus. The entire staff was courteous and professional. Dr Ava who examined me was attentive and very caring.

Nothing they are great I’m happy with the job they did respectful and nice help with questions I had and didn’t give me no attitude I will be going there or telling other people to go there when ever they get injured

Everything was great except for the wait time which was past my scheduled appointment.  But it was explained that they had a higher number of patients than usual. My overall experience was really good.

Annual physical.  Easy to schedule and Dr. Marshall did a great job explaining everything.

There was no wait, but I had to use an app to check in, which took about 10 minutes.  So, why are there employees at the front desk, if I’m doing their job for them?  I could see the benefit of this if there were 5 people waiting to check in… but they couldn’t do my intake when I was literally the only person in the waiting room? I was pulled into the room pretty quickly, but then waiting in the exam room for about 1/2 hour.  The doctor was friendly and listened to my list of symptoms and then examined me.   Besides the check in process and wait to be seen by the doctor , everything was positive.

Unfortunately, my wait time to talk to the doctor was long, but the staff are always amazing! Mind, helpful and friendly….

I had a sneaking suspicion something was amiss but I wanted a professional opinion. My PCP clinic is 1.5hr away and this situation wasn't worth the drive so I made an appointment here. It took a little while to be seen but I was really pleased with the quality of care.

Went to this walk-in clinic for a sore throat. The staff were very helpful and professional.  I would definitely go back again.

Staff is courteous and caring.
