Accidentally dropped a grill cleaner with a knife like edge. It hit the top of my left foot and made a very deep cut. The blood was gushing out and no amount of pressure could stop it. I went Priority Urgent Care East Haven and was immediately taken care of. They cleaned the wound and gave me stitches. They were very kind and incredibly helpful. They also told me how to care for it. I need to return in 10 days to have the stitches removed and I am looking forward to seeing the staff again.

My visit required a follow up later in the afternoon, which was botched up at each step. Different prescriptions were supposed to be sent to the pharmacy that never came over and by the time they did come over the pharmacy closed hours later. Then the prescription that was resent was the same one as earlier in the day and the insurance company refused to cover it obviously. Communication and follow through was horrible.

Highly recommend the facility.  Dr was concerned & attentive. Happy I went & pleased with entire visit. I highly recommend !

Didn’t find a broken toe as my orthropedic dr. did. When I visited. Her 3 days later!!!!  Shocking!

COVID Test, nasal swab, not at all painful, a tad annoying - close your eyes. Results in 3-5 days. Tech had a "good touch".
