Woke up with scratchy throat and headcount. Was able to schedule online appt on 15min. Clean, attentive and professional location . Recommended. Cheast Xray in house if needed .

Institution states they will not take an insurance payment for any type of "physical exam" even if your insurance will pay for it they force you to pay out of pocket. Let you schedule the appointment just to inform you once you've arrived for your appointment and not before hand. This procedure needs to be evaluated and changed. I would recommend so far for any other service.

The girls at the desk are doing the best they can in a really tough situation they were so pleasant and so nice gave complete information. My only concern was that we were all going in for Covid testing and you had to login manually on an iPad that no one cleaned between patients. There was a bottle of hand sanitizer if you choose to use it. One patient walked in without a mask until she realized it - so the exposure level is probably very high.

Went to Summit Urgent Care in Greenwich experiencing very high BP and a headache. Was able to be seen promptly. Desk staff very friendly and welcoming. Nursing assistant was knowledgeable. Dr Mateus was excellent. She was caring, professional and patient. I rate her the best doctor I have had in my long medical experience.

My daughter was not feeling well with headache and fever and coughing.  The staffs were great, and the service was fantastic.  I would make westmed my go to  for medical attention and would recommend friend and family.  Some of my family are already getting care at Wesmed.

I woke up in the morning with a sore throat.  I walked into Urgent care and it empty the staff in reception were very pleasant and friendly. I was ushered into an exam room by the RN Marianne she was professional and listened to my concerns. She immediately swabbed me for Covid, Flu and Strept. I was then seen by the PA Christine. She was very attentive to my complaints and professional.
