5 star treatment every time I go there.  Doctors and staff are excellent. You’re not just a number there you’re a patient.

Dr M .Tugetman.saw me  order ed azithromycin antibiotics for me to CVS pharmacy  ,instead he ordered eye drops  .I try to contact afc. Dr left before 5 pmI was very upset and sick came back home . I will never go to afc again.bad experience.

Walked in after work and I didn't have to wait long at all.

After a long wait the care was worth wait and justified the time that is carefully spent on each patient. DOCS on East Main Street, Bridgeport, CT is the Best for Urgent Care!

There was no wait, but I had to use an app to check in, which took about 10 minutes.  So, why are there employees at the front desk, if I’m doing their job for them?  I could see the benefit of this if there were 5 people waiting to check in… but they couldn’t do my intake when I was literally the only person in the waiting room? I was pulled into the room pretty quickly, but then waiting in the exam room for about 1/2 hour.  The doctor was friendly and listened to my list of symptoms and then examined me.   Besides the check in process and wait to be seen by the doctor , everything was positive.

My son woke up with a sore throat. His PCP was available, but not for many hours. The physician at DOCS had availability. She was empathetic, thorough, knowledgeable and insightful.

Schedule a appt the night before and in the morning got seen immediately 10 min before my appt I was very happy

Staff was accommodating and courteous  Dr Unger was very knowledgeable, had caring bedside manners and was wonderful.
