I had an excellent experience at Buenaventura’s Vista Urgent Care. I walked in and the waiting room was busy. The reception staff had a very efficient and through process. The nurses (Thamy and Cora) were also personable, caring ,efficient...again my nurses were excellent. The nurses also made me feel comfortable right away. Finally Dr. E. Segura made sure I was very well cared for. He went the extra mile. His diagnosis and his treatments were very through and he never made me feel rushed,again excellent. Thanks you guys. She actually takes the time to listen understands when your scared and walks you through what may be one the scariest things in your life. I don't know if I would have been up for such a fight with my diagnosises if I didn't have her there rooting for me all the way. She was very through in obtaining my vitals and obtaining all my medications to inform the doctor of my symptoms and medical problems. I then met with Tracy Shibla, APR, who was fantastic in determining my diagnosis after completing all the required test results. Tracy's bedside manner is some of the best I have ever encountered and she is a model of professionalism that others should take note of. I appreciate the help of this very dedicated staff.

I had a wonderful experience at this Port Orange Centra Care. I was feeling very ill and the staff at the front Desk were super understanding and kind. Brooke Hartman, who is their Practice Manager, was attentive and made sure I was taken care of. Their PA, Sarah B took great care of me. I was impressed with how efficient and caring they all were. I will recommend this facility to anyone who needs urgent care. As a matter of fact, my daughter was feeling sick recently and I told her to go see the Centra Care at Port Orange because I think they are super. She did and agreed. I am grateful we have this wonderful medical facility nearby and in our community in Port Orange.
