Woke up this morning soar throat, came In was fastly tended to, and very nice staff.

My 3 year old son was irritable because he did not feel good. The nurse was EXTREMELY rude. Seemed as if she was annoyed by my son who cannot help he does not feel good. Yes it is hard with a toddler but to hand me the 02 monitor because she gives up on getting it, I should have been paid to be the nurse at that point. The physician was very nice and helpful. I won’t be back due to the rudeness of the nurse.

An appointment was available within 45 minutes and it was easy to schedule.  Waited only 15 minutes (even though they said they were short staffed).  Was done with the appointment within 15 minutes. Everyone was friendly. Everything was clean.  Great place.  So much nicer than the big corporate urgent care centers in the area.   The co-pay is a little more but it is definitely worth it.

All of primary care was excellent from scheduling to behavior of staffs and doctors are very good

This is my favorite place for care, Doctor and the staff members took great care of me, and I'm sure that I will visit them again, blessing to Macley Family practice, thank you so much for all the care provided.

My son fell on the playground at school and they took a x-ray of his arm and the doctor immediately noticed something the x-ray didn’t pick up and referred me and my son to children’s orthopedics and he was absolutely right he fractured his arm thanks for being so kind and friendly keep smiling and giving good service

Wait time is about average; I feel the team did NOT penalize me for being a few min late which is nice

Woke up with a sore throat. I was able to schedule an appointment online. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I was seen quickly. I’ll definitely go back if needed.

Appointment was easy to make, but I still waited 1 hour to see a virtual provider. Then he wouldn't prescribe antibiotics for a sinus infection because I turned down the covid, strep, and flu test. I get 1-2 sinus infections every year and the tests were unnecessary. He said I would have to make another appointment to get antibiotics if the rx he prescribed don't help the symptoms. I guess they will get there money one way or another! Also, he said 3 Rx would be sent, but only 2 were. It's the next day, and I'm still waiting on a call back of the 3rdv has been sent yet. Will try a different urgent care next time.
