We walked in and she was immediately led to a private room and testing began right away. Tests performed were far more comprehensive than I would've ever guessed. Everyone from the receptionist, the tech, the NP and the xray tech were kind, courteous, efficient, knowledgeable and thorough. I felt I received better care than at my family doctor.

Suspected workplace COVID exposure. The staff were friendly and helpful. Service was fast. I walked in and completed new patient paperwork and was tested and released. The total time was about 20 minutes. Incredible.

From the front desk to when I left, I felt I was important and all my needs were addressed. The bedside manner was fantastic, the team members were very easy to talk to and they all communicated together which was nice so I did not have to repeat to each new face I saw.
