The front staff and medical assistant were very nice. They always have a short wait time which is a plus. However the physician I had was clearly in a rush and not really interested in listening to me concerns. She also called in my prescription under the wrong name and it took over an hour to sort it out at the pharmacy.

I have no insurance waiting for her coverage to kick in they were extremely professional friendly 100% I sing their praise thank you for taking me on such short notice with a swollen finger infected. I have diabetes and this is dangerous for my health and I could not have received better service. Thank you!

Was suffering from severe low back pain.  Was able to schedule an appointment online right away.  Arrived to an empty waiting room and after filling out the paperwork was put right into an exam room.  Waited less than 10 minutes total.  Treatment was explained fully.  All in all a very quick and effective appointment and I’m feeling considerably better less than 24 hours later.

One of the best walk in clinics. I love my doctor Erin coz she is really knowledgable. I would highly recommend. They really care about their patients. If u need help fast this is the place to go.

The receptionist and PA that was there today (2/20/2019)were great and amazing! My only complaint was that the nurse on staff today was not so warm and welcoming let alone have 1 smile on her face . Other than her I was very happy with our visit today .

First time here. Ive been to plenty of urgent cares in my lifetime and never was it so easy as it was at Newmed. All I can say is that I’m appreciative and thankful to the doc and staff. I was in and out within an hour.

Dr Pablo was wonderful!   He gave us a lot of his time listening and offering medical advice. Wouldn’t hesitate to bring my kids back here! Staff was friendly and super efficient.    Kudos to all for making our appointment a breeze from start to finish.   Thanks for all you do!

Have been dealing with issues regarding an infected navel piercing and pushing back a doctors visit because I am always afraid of needing to go. Immediately greeted by such friendly and caring check-in staff. I have no insurance so they were able to help negotiate a price that worked for me. The nurse and doctor who saw me were so friendly and understanding of my fears and situation. They listened to everything I told them and offered me many solutions to my problems, even still understanding my lack of insurance and showing me where to find the cheapest options for prescriptions. All the staff made me feel cared for, as if they were friends of mine I’ve known for a long time. I was in and out in about an hour and am looking forward to my second visit. I would recommend this provider to everyone I know, especially anyone who is normally afraid of being in hospital settings or doctors.
