I went here for a workers comp claim. Dr. Karre had an excellent bedside manner. The staff were all very friendly except for the guy that came in after Erin Wallen left. He was rude but overall this place was wonderful. Oh and the front desk girl flirted with all the guys. 🤣🤣 while the women patients waited until she was finished batting her eyelashes.

In a recent emergency, my wife needed medical help quickly. I usually trust hospitals above urgent care centers but I was proven wrong when we opted for the closer Total Access in Wentzville. We walked in and she was immediately led to a private room and testing began right away. Tests performed were far more comprehensive than I would've ever guessed. The staff was super friendly and highly professional and calmed us down quickly. Top notch staff and state of the art equipment. We discovered that we made the right choice by coming here for healthcare. This is a great alternative to hospitals, where long waits and checking in before being seen is the norm. The staff is always amazing and even during this pandemic they are there with a smile and a warm welcome in these really trying times.

This facility is amazing! The online check-in is wonderful. I have never been to a facility where the staff has gone so above & beyond to assist me, not to mention the fact that every one of the staff members are so friendly, helpful and just downright pleasant. People are generally nervous when going to the doctor/Urgent Care, your staff make you comforyable!!! Definately 5+ stars from me. Hats off to all the amazing staff at TAUC ❤❤❤
