Fast amd quality care with a smile. Feels like what healthcare used to be.

The receptionist and PA that was there today (2/20/2019)were great and amazing! My only complaint was that the nurse on staff today was not so warm and welcoming let alone have 1 smile on her face . Other than her I was very happy with our visit today .

Our appointment was efficient and thorough and the staff was top notch!

The staff here were fantastic! Kind, competent, and easy to talk to. I will definitely be going back!

My daughter had an injury to her eye late at night. We tried booking an appt with 3 other 24/hr online immediate cares, but none of them had availability. We then tried Rapid Immediate Care. It worked out, they had the earliest available appt. They were able to check her in, inspect her eye injury, give her pain drop for her eye, and order antibiotic in time for her to make it to summer class and not be late. The staff were decent and friendly, good bedside manner. Seemed relatively knowledgeable. Her eye is now on the mend. I have worked in immediate cares and acute care settings in the past myself. In my opinion, this location is better organized and functioning than most immediate care settings I've been to. It certainly beats waiting 7 hrs in an ER, and the quality of care has been good overall, at least for all the times we've been there in the past (strep covid, sore throats, pains). The only reason I didn't contact them first this time, the drive is further away than other locations.

This new medication has allowed the bite infection to open up, finally.

Everyone was wonderful from front desk, to X-ray tech, to physician. The care was great.  The only thing I didn’t understand was why you have no durable supplies , like ask arm sling, which for the cost of the visit, should have been included.  I would highly recommends Urgi Care to my family and friends.

Not our toxic part of relationship, marriage we will always talk about publicly. Well it doesn't matter this is my confidence appreciation to Tunde for what he did for me during my hard time in my relationship. I bet y'all everything is working like never before since I visited his page which a colleague of mine get me to know about. I came in with a UTI, and Linda prescribed an antibiotic. She was very knowledgeable and communicated her thoughts abd opinions to me in a way I understood.
