Professional Ear Wax Removal

Was in today Aug 25 , 2021 to see a Dr because of a yellow jacket sting . I couldn’t hold a pen to fill out papers because of a swollen hand , receptionist took care of it for me . Exceptionally nice young lady . Once in the waiting room nurse took all my vitals and ask the normal questions. But things changed after the Dr. came in . Dr. Rolling I believe was her name . Probably1 min at the most to discuss my hand. She never payed any attention to my hand that was swollen No bedside manners at all . If I had to identify the dr it would be hard to do because she was in and out in a flash. 5 stars only because it would be for the receptionist and nurse . If I could give 0 stars to the Dr she definitely would get 0. I will go to Juban rd urgent care next time . I just hope other patients get better care than I need . It is really sad to be treated the way I was treated today. This is a first for me to ever write a review.But it needed to be addressed. Thank you

The staff and facilities are a 10* experience I will never go anywhere else for primary care

From the front desk receptionist to the nurse to the doctor, they were all kind and professional and helped make my experience pleasurable even while felling horrible. I would definitely recommend them. The wait time wasn’t long. The doctor was attentive and very helpful. Everyone treated you as though you were their only patient.

This place rocks. Colleen and staff made what could have been a very uncomfortable situation very comfortable. Almost hated to leave.
