Our visit was great Took my 2 nieces to get checked. Even tho we were walk ins they were seen fast. Staff was great great customer service. Im glad I brought them here Will tell my sister so she can continue their visits here. I recommend this place for your medical care Dr was amazing

We needed to get 6 COVID tests to board our plane. The staff was so friendly & reassured us they could accommodate us. From the time we arrived to when we had our results was under an hour. We will recommend this facility to all our friends.

Clinic did not have catheters, I was referred to ER, very disappointed

Would like to have received discharge instructions. So I knew what was recommended no one came back to my room and I waited also 20 min but another patient was guided to my room

I was referred to "AME" Medical Group Urgent Care by my health insurance provider member services representative, since my primary care physician wasn't able to set an office visit for me until sometime in Jan. 2025 (more than a month long wait). I was able to do a same day walk-in appointment at "AME" within an hour of calling their medical office to check their office hours. Aleta had me do a quick self check-in via solvhealth app. Dr. Khanlou was great! He asked a few questions regarding my health issue and made a diagnosis and ordered the medications I needed immediately and arranged for me to pick up the Rx's at my preferred neighborhood pharmacy. I highly recommend Dr. Khanlou. He is very nice and provides the best patient care!

Made my appointment same day and everything from check in to my departure was great! The team at the Cypress location is always pleasant, efficient and friendly I highly recommend them!! Thank you!

I was very disappointed because my appointment was for an x-ray and the x-ray machine was broken and has been for some time. No one bother to let me know that it was broken so the appointment was a waste of time

Was looking for a new place after moving, and I will definitely be coming back! From the front staff to the MA to the PA, all my questions were answered with respect. I was a walk in and didn’t wait as long as I had thought, Their online presence makes this place easy to navigate and schedule and view medical records.

I will write a review on yelp. The girl at the front desk was very nice and professional, but the doctor hardly spoke to me, told me extremely very little, and had zero bedside manner.  I was shocked and so was my 17 year old daughter at how she was towards me.  I would never recommend this provider. I also have not heard anything about the swab that was taken on Sunday.  She said it would take two days to come back and it is now Thursday night.

Had a rash on my leg made an appointment, checked in, staff very friendly, was already checked in. Doctor friendly and concerned. He prescribed treatment and prescription was sent in. I was also able to make a follow up appointment. Picked up the prescription within an hour,

Best place to get your medical needs taken care of ! Staff was all heart and the doctor was very informative and knowledgeable! Dominique was a breath of fresh air very cool!

The PA was kind and non alarming!  I didn’t feel that way with the previous visit 2 days before! She explained things carefully, so I understood what I was dealing with and prescribed the correct medication! The previous PA told me I would get a call with the results of my urine  test, but I never got that call and my antibiotics needed to be changed. I developed a fever and came in again! Not sure why I never got that call???

Super easy to schedule an appt online, the wait was probably less than 5 minutes once there. Staff and the NP were friendly and helpful. Got meds and started feeling better the next day.
