I have been to Lani City Urgent Care many times and have always been happy with the results especially this time. Nurse practitioner Dilpreet Gill examined and diagnosed me with appendicitis.  She gave me a referral to the ER and within the next few hours I was in surgery getting my appendix removed. We've used Carbon Health a few times over the last year and every time the experience is great.  Soooo easy to schedule, lots of availabilities, facility is clean and modern, staff is great, etc.  Always feel taken care of and leave feeling better.

Got in 10 minutes after making the appointment. The place has such a calm ambiance. Everyone was so nice and helpful. The physician took a lot of time to listen and was so caring. Loved everything about it!

My last review was mistakenly submitted to AME Medical Group. In fact it was for a different Urgent Care in Cerritos on Bloomfield Ave. which is run by some Chinese people. I apologize for making a wrong submission. Indeed, my experience with AME Medical Group, Norwalk went very well. I am very pleased to meet Dr. Mishal, her humble and polite attitude, her professional knowledge and her dealing with the patients. I am also very pleased to meet the staff who was very professional and polite. Overall my experience with AME Medical Group turned out very good.

They don’t Offer mask , or they should buy them, a sick man was there he said he wants to take the Covid test.

Besides the wait, the doc was great. She was thorough, knowledgeable and informative.

I was able to get a Telehealth appointment the same day from the awesome front desk scheduling ladies (thank you) and the doctor was able to update my my referrals right away. The front desk people immediately sent my referrals to be processed. I would recommend this office to anyone who wants high quality, immediate service!

I was able to choose a Labcorp location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.
