Very easy to get an appointment, wait time minimal, staff was very friendly. Debra listened, and was responsive and helpful and didn’t rush me. Definitely recommend this office.

Staff was very friendly.  NP Watipaso was thorough in the check up and listened to my concerns. What impressed me was I was seen the same day! It was my first time at Carbon Health, I found the facility clean & bright. The staff was courteous and professional.

Came in 4 mins late but staff checked me in immediately. I am fortunate there was no line eventhough I had an appointment.  Staff were very professional and friendly.  The medical assistant and doctor were caring, also moving fast.  i was out in 30 minutes.  Thank you!

Melanie went out of her way to accommodate my husband and me when we came in to get Covid tests. Due to our unforeseen scheduling error, we didn't have an appointment at that time, but she said we could wait in case she could fit us in between patients, even though they were fully booked. The wait time was a little bit long, but they were able to wrap my sprained ankle and provide me with crutches in an out within one hour.

My soar throat turned into an ear ache and sinus congestion. Looked for an urgent care clinic nearby and found Instant Urgent Care. Had taken my daughter there once before but she needed an x-ray they couldn’t provide so didn’t experience the full service. Glad I went back. Got a little lucky in that there was only one patient ahead of me. Everything was smooth and efficient. In and out in less than 30 minutes.

I was able to choose a Labcorp location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.
