we scheduled a 8:00 appointment specifically so my daughter could get to school by 9. When we showed up there was a line along the building and they were all taken before my scheduled appointment. I don't think 6 other people also had 8:00 appointments and if they did that is terrible scheduling. We eventually had to leave and my daughter was unable to be seen due to time. I love taking my kids here, the staff are always so nice and welcoming and Dr Carlos is amazing. He remembers my kids when I bring them in and has a lovely bedside manner. I just wish you would honor the appointment time scheduled. I understand there is always a wait time with any appointment but not when other people are taken simply because “they got there first.” Thank you.

I came in earlier today feeling very sick. The staff as extremely friendly and reassuring. They tested me for viral pneumonia since I was around someone who had gotten it. They provided me with helpful information and prescribed me with medication. Thank you so much for such a pleasant experience! I will definitely come back and recommend your care to others!

Truly unparalleled service at AFC Urgent Care Yorktown! I sliced my finger open when a pint glass fell during dinner on a Sunday night. I had to catch a plane the next day back to LA from visiting my family over the holidays. If it has not been for Dr. Gupta I would have spent hours in the ER waiting for someone to stitch my finger. Well, to be honest I was a bit disappointed. I went online to search for a "podiatrist" for a same day, or next day appointment. Using my zip code, I searched for locations in which to see a podiatrist the same day...... Your location, which is just within three or four blocks from my home, came up. Bottom line is, I anticipated, and expected to see a board certified podiatrist... A doctor who "specializes in foot care!"

Very pleased with the overall experience here. Receptionist was very pleasant as well as the support staff we encountered. Saw Dr. Mary Wolter who was very personable and easy to talk to. She performed a thorough exam and answered any questions or concerns we had. Never felt rushed. Office and patient rooms were immaculate.
