Quick experience with a clear diagnosis and next steps for me to take. Appreciate the help!

There was a 16 year old boy who was sitting in the waiting area with his arm bleeding. He had several tissues trying to contain the bleed and the rep at the front desk turned them away because they didn't have an id. That's a kid! Bleeding!! And was turned away. Compassion is one of the most important elements in health care and it was lacking. It wasn't the provider who turned him away it was the receptionist. Otherwise my visit was ok, I think my provider was Torres, she was great. But I couldn't stop thinking about the kid.

I was definitely under the weather. Cold cough, all the symptoms for weeks of some kind of viral infection. Thankfully when I got there they gave me a combined flu & COVID test -  Negative - thank God!! However turned out that I’d had a shingles shot too soon after my cold, cough and other symptoms had left me. So a retrin if all that I thought I’d gotten over … including feeling quite debilitated.  I had no energy and no appetite. The very friendly & efficient female doc Sasha ( yay!!) advised B complex for my lack of energy and perhaps headache meds for my ongoing headache. Lots  of water and rest completely for the weekend. Not my first time at this facility, but definitely one of the best I’ve experienced. The other staff were also efficient and friendly - a good team, I thought!!

Scheduling was alright and fairly forward. Wait was a little long though, but I understand that there is multiple patients ahead of me and only so many people to attend to them. Check in was okay as well and staff were very polite. They put a lot of effort into the care.

Very pleased with the overall experience here. Receptionist was very pleasant as well as the support staff we encountered. Saw Dr. Mary Wolter who was very personable and easy to talk to. She performed a thorough exam and answered any questions or concerns we had. Never felt rushed. Office and patient rooms were immaculate.

This is by far one of the best hospital experience I’ve had in this country ,  Great job guys

abby at the front desk was great! it was a struggle for me to fill out the form on the phone, i don't know why they ask me about my grandparents, i don't remember much about them. i had understood that a pcp was zero co-pay but i still had to pay 45 dollars. that was ok b/c i got what i needed and everything went smoothly ava was great, she was very friendly and gave me the meds i need. i was very happy with her. i understand now that there may be weekend hours starting next month. that would be great b/c i don't like to take time from my work

The staff and the doctor was very nice and understanding

The lead medical assistant was very nice and treatment me with proper care.

I had to get a physical for employment and the nurse practitioner did pretty good job doing my physical and informed me that I should  get my MMR updated to be safe that I still have immunity. The staff was respectful.

Woke up with a back ache Sunday morning pass and I couldn't walk so I went to the clinic Tuesday morning and they really took care of me right away and I was so happy and I would recommend this clinic and doctor to anyone.

Needed a physical for an upcoming physical test for a job. Called, went in same day. Quick, low cost. Highly recommend.

Staff is great, not long waiting period at all. But, the physician assistant is a terrible listener and has no idea of what she's doing. Maybe she was overwhelmed. We all have bad days but, she's suspect.

Front desk staff was rude and dismissive, especially the middle aged woman with shoulder length blondish, gray hair. Not just to me but another patient waiting as well. Basically wouldn't help with insurance, by making the call for precertification to confirm emergency. I paid for the visit, but she still classified it as an "office visit" when I was in with a 5 year old presenting with blood in her urine. She is a disservice to your facility. Wanted to do as little as possible. The doctor was great!!

It was incredibly easy. I was out of state and my husband was back home and not feeling well.  I was able to schedule the appointment for him online and complete his registration paperwork so that everything was ready for him.  It was great service.
