          I was miserable. I went to a friend’s doctor a month ago and they said I had a sinus infection. They sent out for antibiotics and I was feeling better for a little while. Then I got to where I was struggling to breathe. That’s what brought me here. They did X-rays and an EKG. The other place didn’t do any tests. I feel like this time I am on the mend. I will definitely be going back in the future.

          Online scheduling was super easy, I was able to fill my forms so when I arrived all I had to do was check in with the front desk and wait to be called back.           Every time I go to the Urgent Care for kids in Dallas in the Preston it’s the best service. They greet you right away when you come in and provide you with next steps. The wait time is not long. Once inside the staff continues the great service they hear my concerns for why I brought my child in.  They do all necessary checks for my child’s symptoms they are the best. Thank you.

          My son was exposed to someone who tested positive for COVID-19. I was able to book our appointment online, complete all the necessary paperwork digitally and when we arrived we waited for less than 2 minutes before we were called back. We chose to have him tested using the rapid test and we were able to wait in the room for his results. I appreciate their efficiency in our time of need.
