Unfamiliar with the options for Urgent Care, in the Cullman area, led me to visiting Huntsville Hospital Urgent Care, based on a trusted friend providing an excellent referral and personal recommendation, for myself, and my two kiddos, of whom have all experienced these unpleasant sickly germ infested symptoms, for going on 3 days…  Not only was the staff, beyond exceptional with personality, there was a flare for professionalism and informative conversation, from the very beginning, during a call to confirm insurances and scheduling nuances, but upon arrival, it was to be noted that, that this level of unmatched kindness and compassion and efficiency, was the standard of each and every interaction, of which we were so fortunate to be engaged with, throughout the entire process of our visit! Specifically, the clear and unambiguous nature of the initial vitals and assessments, with details and explanations for the plan of care, via labs and testing, following by, shared diagnostic information, with an appreciated dialogue and an inclusive approach of treatment, ensuring understanding and supportiveness!  I cannot recommend Huntsville Hospital Urgent Care, and the team of phenomenal support staff and medical providers, enough! Scheduling online was easy (and really a good way to go as they were really busy on a Sunday with a bug going around our area). Staff had a good attitude and handled some frustrated customers very well. Received medications and treatment quickly and have been getting better. I would recommend using their services.

I did a walk-in, so the scheduling wasn’t an issue at all. The staff was friendly.  They appeared to work very well together, and knew what they were doing.   They were confident and competent and efficient in their duties. I appreciate the provider for reminding me that I needed to lose weight(ha ha ha), as if I didn’t know that already. Nevertheless, he’s right and I am and have been working on it. Otherwise everyone was nice friendly seem to work as a team show that they were confident and competent in what they were doing. Overall good experience. Good work Team!!!

Great location for us, and fantastic people! Very reasonable wait. My PA was attentive and personable.

I was able to book my appointment and complete all paperwork online. My wait time was only ten minutes or so and everyone was very friendly considering it was late on a Saturday afternoon. The nurse and the doctor were both courteous and knowledgeable. I will definitely go back if I have a need for a doctor outside my regular GPs hours.

Went in because I had ticks on me. The staff and physician were excellent and I felt so much better.

I came in one day without an appoint and waited two hours as a walk-in before I had to leave without being tested. I made an appointment through Labcorp for the next day, showed up on time, got tested easily and was on my way in 15-20 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Great discreet service, scheduled my visit and paid for for the test online not in Showed up at lab, checked in and was seen within minutes. Blood and urine were collected, test results came back quickly within 2 days because I did my test on a Friday. Quick, easy and cheap. Didn't have to wait for a visit to my PCP, and then get referral to lab.
