I have been to this facility a few times when I have had to take my child in times when her Pediatrician was away. They have taken care of her and even given me a referral so that I may take her to a specialist to further evaluate her. It's not very far from my home at all. I'm glad they are also available after my child gets out of school, since her pediatrican's last appt. is at 3:30, I have time to go to Metro-UrgiCare and feel reassured.

Today is the first time I learned about Carbon Health when it was recommended to me by the local CVS. Everything about my visit today was excellent! They are definitely my new urgent care center and I plan on telling my friends and family all about my pleasant experience there this morning.

I scheduled an appointment the morning of my visit. It was easy to get the appointment. And what a delight seeing Ms. Nina. She is absolutely beautiful inside and out. Very pleased with the overall experience here. Receptionist was very pleasant as well as the support staff we encountered. Saw Dr. Mary Wolter who was very personable and easy to talk to. She performed a thorough exam and answered any questions or concerns we had. Never felt rushed. Office and patient rooms were immaculate.

The gentleman at the front desk was far from friendly, a little abrupt in tone, slow at checking ppl in and then told me he couldn’t take my cash copay because he didn’t have access to the box.  When he finally did take my payment because I told him that was the only way I was paying and asked for a receipt. He told me to sit down and he would get me one.  Then he proceeded to help another patient.  He should have finished with me and getting my receipt
