Will not write about my experience other than the fact that the receptionist  young lady that checked me in and took my vitals was excellent. Do not want to share what followed.

Needed a physical for an upcoming physical test for a job. Called, went in same day. Quick, low cost. Highly recommend.

Staff is great, not long waiting period at all. But, the physician assistant is a terrible listener and has no idea of what she's doing. Maybe she was overwhelmed. We all have bad days but, she's suspect.

I understand the wait time being long but the receptionist could not even give me an estimated wait time and that makes a big difference when you have a cranky baby. She also didn't know how to print me a detailed itemized receipt and asked me to call back tomorrow. The PA though was super super nice and helpful.

I’ve had a chronic cough for awhile . The staff and Dr.  Chris are thorough, professional , helpful and charming . I have a prescription, some answers and hope for relief with the Urgent Care team. I know I have a place that I trust to go to for medical help. Thank you.

The staff, from person at the check in, to the nurse practitioner, to the doctor we are kind and attentive. I never felt rushed or brushed off. I was attended to in a timely manner, and out as soon as possible. I observed them treating all the other people who were before and after me with the same respect, kindness, and swift attention. Very pleased with the overall experience here. Receptionist was very pleasant as well as the support staff we encountered. Saw Dr. Mary Wolter who was very personable and easy to talk to. She performed a thorough exam and answered any questions or concerns we had. Never felt rushed. Office and patient rooms were immaculate.

I woke up yesterday morning not feeling well and my primary care physician was unable to take me. Fortunately, I was able to go to Atlantic Health Urgent Care in Cedar Knolls. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Wait time was a bit long, but that is to be expected at this time of year. I was home with a diagnosis in about an hour. Thanks for all of your help!

There was a 16 year old boy who was sitting in the waiting area with his arm bleeding. He had several tissues trying to contain the bleed and the rep at the front desk turned them away because they didn't have an id. That's a kid! Bleeding!! And was turned away. Compassion is one of the most important elements in health care and it was lacking. It wasn't the provider who turned him away it was the receptionist. Otherwise my visit was ok, I think my provider was Torres, she was great. But I couldn't stop thinking about the kid.

I was told I do not have an ear infection yet I’ve had chronic ear infections for over 30 years. I’m leaving Saturday for Las Vegas for a funeral and I’m dreading getting on a plane without an antibiotic. Sometimes you know your own body better than others. The pain in my ear is excruciating. I really need an antibiotic I guess I have to go to another doctor. Not happy to many days in pain with this ear ache.
