I started with a sore throat last Tuesday, next day a scratchy throat, days after that coughing, congestion.  I was afraid it would  go into my chest.  Scheduled appointment online, no wait time at the office.  The receptionist, to the nurse that call me in, to the doctor coming in to see me, all were professional, pleasant, and listened to me.  I always go to this urgent care location.

I haven't been breathing well for 2 days. I've been wheezing and it's interrupting my sleep. The receptionist at the desk was very pleasant and much concerned. She check me in right away, and as I went to sit down I was called in the room. Ms. Rita was very pleasant. Dr. Esteban-Galindo bed side manners were superb.

This is definitely one of my best experiences in an urgent care! Staff was very friendly and quality of care was great 👍🏿

Everything about this place but mainly the staff is what makes this place great. I was taken aback at how great of service I received. The staff were friendly professional prompt and timely. If you could give them a raise or some type of merit bonus you should because this type of service in this neighborhood is very rare.
