Check in person was kind and patient with me while trying to complete online paperwork. I was feeling so horrible, I really didn’t have the patience or the energy to do it online. She was kind and handed me a clip board with quick forms that I was able to sign since they already had everything else. I really appreciate it.

Urgent care
Lab testing
Went to Urgent Care because of fatigue, congestion and sore throat. They gave me a strep test, it was negative. NP told me it was for sure a sinus infection. I responded with ‘wow that came on fast’ (it was only day 2 of me feeling bad) she said ‘yes they can do that.’  While I am sitting there I am thinking normally sinus infections take days. They proceed to give me shot and meds. I go home and continue to feel worse, I take a Covid test and within minutes it is positive. I am frustrated that this was not completed at the clinic. For one thing, I expect to get the correct diagnosis, but also, this same exact situation happened to my husband a few months ago at the same clinic. My question is, does this clinic not test for Covid? I know it is a controversial subject, but it is a real thing. Telling someone they simply have a non contagious sinus infection is totally different than telling them they have something that can easily spread to others. I know this is only two cases, but both of these cases were treated the exact same way and that is very concerning. I have always used this Urgent Care but these two incidents are making me change my mind.

Urgent care

I was at Next Level Urgent care in Beaumont on Phelan Street. The young lady that checked me in was very helpful. Internet was slow so she did it for me on a tablet. I had Juan as a tech and Tina Marie as a provider and they were amazing. Very thorough and considerate. I could not have asked for better treatment. I left feeling like these people really care about others. Overall a great experience.

Excellent Care every time. Excellent doctors. Best Urgent Care I know of. I've had to visit many Xs over the years. It's the right place to go in Baytown. They will help. Very professional physicians who are not about rushing. They're about caring correctly for patients.

About Alcohol Testing

Alcohol Testing is a diagnostic test used to detect the presence of alcohol or its metabolites in a person's system. This testing is commonly performed for various reasons, including monitoring alcohol consumption, ensuring safety in certain workplaces, and assessing compliance with alcohol-related legal requirements.

Who Should Get Tested

If you reside in Hull, Texas, and are required to undergo alcohol testing for employment, legal reasons, or personal reasons, Alcohol Testing is recommended. Employers, law enforcement agencies, and treatment programs may use alcohol testing to monitor alcohol use and enforce sobriety.

Types of Alcohol Testing

Alcohol Testing can be performed using different biological samples:

  • Breath Alcohol Testing: Measures the concentration of alcohol in a person's breath using a breathalyzer device. This test is commonly used for roadside alcohol testing and workplace alcohol screening.
  • Blood Alcohol Testing: Analyzes the alcohol concentration in a blood sample. Blood testing provides a more accurate and precise measurement of alcohol levels and is used in certain legal and medical situations.
  • Urine Alcohol Testing: Detects the presence of alcohol or its metabolites in a person's urine. This test can identify recent alcohol consumption but may not indicate current intoxication.
  • Saliva Alcohol Testing: Determines alcohol levels in saliva samples. This test is less common but can be used for on-site alcohol screening.

Interpreting the Results

Interpreting Alcohol Testing results depends on the type of test performed and the established cutoff levels for alcohol or its metabolites. A positive result may indicate recent alcohol consumption, while a negative result suggests sobriety at the time of testing.

Following the Test

If Alcohol Testing indicates the presence of alcohol above the established cutoff levels, consequences may vary based on the context of the testing. For employment or legal purposes, positive results may lead to disciplinary actions, legal penalties, or the requirement to participate in alcohol education or treatment programs.

Alcohol Testing is an essential tool for promoting safety, enforcing sobriety, and ensuring compliance with alcohol-related regulations in various settings.
