Everyone was great there. I was a walkin so it took longer. I suggest logging in on the website to schedule the appointment. That will speed up the wait time. They were all friendly and took care of my isses.

11Called AFC..got me in quickly.staff up front very good..fill out paper work..called me back as soon as turn in paperwork..took vitals..Dr. came in check me our infection in ear..answered all questions..gave me scripts with direction how to use..a very clean and nice atmosphere..

Knew before I went in that I had a bladder infection.  NP listened well to my symptoms and did exam and had a great bedside manner.  Thank m you for the ease in scheduling and short wait time.

As usually, Kathy provided caring service and quick responses.  Will  go back if I am sick again! Very little wait time.

Was able to book an appointment over the phone in under 2 minutes. My provider was a female doctor who I’ve seen in the past but I forgot her name:( She’s fantastic, both my mom and I absolutely LOVE her. Kind, patient, to the point and excellent bedside manners. I’m hoping I don’t get sick again but if I do, I know exactly who to go to!

Staff made me feel very dismissed with my concerns and how I was feeling and wrote off the weeks of illness I have been doing with. Bed side manner  needs a little work.

Scheduled appt to get a covid/flu test. Staff was great. Pleasant. And apologized for wait. But it wasn’t really a long wait.  Hope I don’t have to come back. But if I do. Won’t hesitate. Definitely recommend this place.

Recently visited and staff was very helpful and got me in and out quickly! This was my first time here at the Clear lake location, I would definitely recommend.

The only negative thing I have to say is I didn't know about setting the appt. up online. The people are great and the care is awesome. When I can't see my personal physician Prime Urgent takes care of me. Thank you for being there for me.

Son cut his forehead open at the park and we rushed him over to this location.  Check in took a little bit but everyone was friendly, efficient, and delivered first class service.  I would highly recommend this place for urgent care for kid’s needs!

The staff did an amazing job even with complications from Hurricane Beryl. The wait was longer than usual but our visit was pleasant and everyone was kind.

Very ill - found could schedule appointment in hopes of no wait.  Symptoms were ugly so quick in & out was best.  Would go as needed again.  Although not sure was best antibiotics for me.

Staff were truly amazing and super helpful and eager to help in any way possible.  Cool check in progress with the phone app option with staff very nice and helpful.. Took great care of me..  I’ll be honest. I drove around for over an hour went to 4 other places and called a couple more as I did not have insurance so was trying to save a few $ even though they had great reviews and were right around the corner from my house.   Well after 6 places still came back and am super thankful I did as even though my issue isn’t life threatening or anything still painful, who’d have known ribs were so painful…   Would for sure recommend and would go back. I needed a prescription, and they were able to get it for me quickly and professionally. However, my pharmacy at Walgreens have not received it yet. How long does this normally take?
