Work up with Asthma and a sore throat. The person at the front at the front desk was kind and professional.  I was seen quickly and was given the meds needed.   This is the best urgent care facility in my area.

Staff were truly amazing and super helpful and eager to help in any way possible.  Cool check in progress with the phone app option with staff very nice and helpful.. Took great care of me..  I’ll be honest. I drove around for over an hour went to 4 other places and called a couple more as I did not have insurance so was trying to save a few $ even though they had great reviews and were right around the corner from my house.   Well after 6 places still came back and am super thankful I did as even though my issue isn’t life threatening or anything still painful, who’d have known ribs were so painful…   Would for sure recommend and would go back. My son had a fever. History of ear infections. I was not confident in the evaluation of the practitioner. Was not clear about diagnosing an ear infection. Stated no redness was noted. Ended up in the ER the same night with a clear diagnosis of a R ear infection. Not sure if they are not used to evaluating young children.

This was my first time visiting this clinic and my experience was immeasurable. The level of care I received from the physician (Natalie Mcelhany) was amazing. She was attentive and explained every part of my treatment. I will definitely return to this Urgent Care clinic if a need should arise.

Made an appointment online at 3'oclock this morning and everything was quick and easy.

Son cut his forehead open at the park and we rushed him over to this location.  Check in took a little bit but everyone was friendly, efficient, and delivered first class service.  I would highly recommend this place for urgent care for kid’s needs!
