The staff, the attentive care and their fast response dealing with my husband pneumonia and what turned out to be blood clot. They had orders to Methodist, where he was admitted and now back recouping. It really was a life saving experience. They have kept up with us checking on both our progress against this virus. I've been to this facility 3 times already since May, 2019. Always, the personnel are friendly and the medical people make you at ease. To me , this is important especially for a patient. We are in a vulnerable state. Today, I get a follow up phone call from my last visit last 2 days ago. That is really nice of them
