My 2 year old woke up with a fever and cough. I called ahead and they put me on the walk-in list while I drove over. We were seen within 15 minutes, service was quick and efficient - we were back on the car in under a hour. They were so so friendly, gentle, and patient with my sick toddler. The space was super clean and inviting. I would definitely recommend!

Scheduling for the following day was easy. I confirmed my appointment and arrived on time. Checking in was seamless as they had my Insurance information. The practictioner diagnosed my issue quickly and sent a prescription to my pharmacist. Everything went very smoothly. I highly recommend Indigo Urgent Care. They are very professional, supportive and do things right.

The assistant and/or nurse didn’t seem particularly comfortable working with kids, and the provider came across as overly aggressive and lacking patience with scared, anxious children. My son was resistant to the oral and ear exams, and I felt the provider was too forceful in their approach, focusing on “getting the job done” rather than handling the situation with care. While I understand the need to complete the examination, a bit more patience and understanding would have been greatly appreciated, especially given how ill, tired, and frightened my child already was.

The best urgent care clinic I’ve ever been too. Kind medical staff, thorough, comfortable waiting area, short wait time, easy to make appointments and takes Tricare select!

My son had a big cyst on his back. I scheduled an appointment online and that was a good thing as there was only 2 appointments left. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Great care was given.

Very easy to schedule appt for a same day. Was surprised by the fact that they are paperless and in order to view anything you have to download their app. It’s been 2 days and still no results, as for the medication you have to go on the appt and send it your self to the pharmacy otherwise you will not get it. Overall it was a good visit but it could have improved on some things for sure.

Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care is my favorite urgent care to go to. Convenient online scheduling, easy check-in process, fast wait times, concerns are addressed appropriately, friendly staff, and you're out in about an hour from start to finish. The only area that could be improved is if you have questions after your appointment, it's hard to get a hold of anyone, and then you don't get a call back. I needed to get in the same day.  The waiting list was approximately 3-4 hours out, so they took my name and sent me home until they had an opening. It wound up being only about 1.5 hours to wait and I was able to do so in the comfort of my home.  Once I arrived, I was in and out in 30 minutes.  Staff was great!

My provider and medical assistant were so nice and amazing! I was really scared about what I’m going through that it’s a miscarriage and they were just so sweet and so kind! And very caring. I would give a 20 out of 10!!

My provider was kind of dry and stand-off ish but he was quick. My MA was very nice and friendly and she made the visit for me.

Front desk and all staff were very friendly and professional!!  Being able to wait at home for a text instead of the waiting room was a great blessing!!

Everything was beautiful. Doctor was wonderful. Nurses were great. The best place I have gone to here in state of Washington. I was very amazed how wonderful I got treated.
