They actually did follow-up the next morning to try to get him into the nearest ENT doctor at the soonest available date & time, which was very important since he couldn't hear and hearing aids were not working.

I have received treatment several times. I have been pleased with every person who has treated me, as well as the support personnel. The facility is clean

Third, the ‘in-take’ nurse is efficient in obtaining info the physician will need to help. Staff is friendly and competent. I have been there more than once for injury(s) requiring stitches and was very pleased with the patient care and excellent medical treatment.
