Crystal was very crucial in getting me into see Johnny as I needed someone with G7 experience. She is another true professional. All this great treatment was late in the day and I was a walk-in. Great people and they are all very friendly. They will approach you under the pretense that they are there to help you. However, their main objective is to siphon off your bank account through your insurance company. First, they bill your insurance far more than what is considered reasonable to treat your condition. Insurance pays what is reasonable. Months later you receive the bill and you are left wondering how they could possibly justify the thousands for dollars you are now being told you have to pay. The truth is they can't and they don't have to. That is just the way it is and there is nothing you can do about it; except tell others not to make the same mistake you just did.

Staff was incredibly helpful and efficient. Wait was minimal. Will be returning to this place if my family needs urgent care.

I am a busy mom with alot of kids and multiple jobs. When it comes to getting sick and going to the Dr. You push through. Right? Not this time .. i went into the urgent care. Eventhough i had insurance issues they worked with me. Did not hesitate to see me , the receptionist Annette was phenomenal. I got back within a few minutes seen by a Dr. Right away. I got a Dx within minutes , had medication sent to my pharmacy and was back to my crazy life in less than 30 minutes. Thank you so much i would recommend coming here to anyone!
