Crystal was very crucial in getting me into see Johnny as I needed someone with G7 experience. She is another true professional. All this great treatment was late in the day and I was a walk-in. I am a busy mom with alot of kids and multiple jobs. When it comes to getting sick and going to the Dr. You push through. Right? Not this time .. i went into the urgent care. Eventhough i had insurance issues they worked with me. Did not hesitate to see me , the receptionist Annette was phenomenal. I got back within a few minutes seen by a Dr. Right away. I got a Dx within minutes , had medication sent to my pharmacy and was back to my crazy life in less than 30 minutes. Thank you so much i would recommend coming here to anyone!

We've had the 'opportunuty' to visit Falcon Urgent Care twice this week for unrelated illnesses, and have been extremely impressed with all aspects of the visits. What a gift to have such a professional and caring medical staff so close!

Dr. Sandoval was better than the surgeon I have had for follolw up. He was very understanding and checked everything. Took time to show me all that was wrong and explain it to me Am very happy to have them close to home. The staff was friendly and it was a good experience.
