From the very first you are made welcome and you know that you will be taken excellent care of. The registration desk immediately helped me when I walked through the door and I had ripped my leg open and was bleeding. They immediately put a temporary bandage on my leg and then when I had to fill ou5 the registration papers they made it very easy for me to register and they came to me so I didn’t have to get up and walk to the desk. Once I was called to go into the emergency room I was greeted by a wonderful nurse, Maya, who assisted me with getting me up on the gurney and removing all the bandages. She prepped me for Dr. Gayton, who was very professional and took his time with me. Fourteen stitches later and then rebadging my leg Inwas able to leave and they made sure that I needed to return two days later so the Doctor could check my leg. On my return visit I was greeted by the same medical team and was assured that it was healing properly and I need to return in two week to have the stitches removed. Both times I was there it was very busy with sick people, and everyone was treated with the same efficient staff, and made very welcome and they were all helped very efficiently. I am very happy to be able to visit a site like this instead of going to the ER in a hospital.
