I arrived early for my appointment and was told to wait a bit and they would accommodate me. The tech was both registering patients and doing the blood draws. She was very methodical and completed all the patients in a timely manner. No one waited more than fifteen or twenty minutes.

I absolutely love Paula!! She is the best when it comes to phlebotomy! Every time I have gone to the Port St. Lucie Bioreference Lab, she has been so patient, helpful, and truly takes her time to truly understand each person and their specific situation. The staff are so friendly and caring. I came with my elderly dad and they were gentle and treated him with such respect. The Dr. sat us down and explained everything and saved his life. She had us rush him to the ER so he could get admitted and receive care. We also hated taking the Covid test but they were very polite and gentle that I didn’t mind it.
