The staff are so friendly and caring. I came with my elderly dad and they were gentle and treated him with such respect. The Dr. sat us down and explained everything and saved his life. She had us rush him to the ER so he could get admitted and receive care. We also hated taking the Covid test but they were very polite and gentle that I didn’t mind it. I absolutely love Paula!! She is the best when it comes to phlebotomy! Every time I have gone to the Port St. Lucie Bioreference Lab, she has been so patient, helpful, and truly takes her time to truly understand each person and their specific situation. I am having a heart procedure in two days on 8/26/2021. I was required to get COVID-19 tested two days before the procedure in order for me to be allowed to have the procedure at Jupiter Medical Center. I have been tested multiple times during the last year for COVID-19. Not one of the times was it a pleasant experience. I felt the nurse was digging for treasure in the back of my skull. I am taking poetic license here, but the experience was never pleasant. Today I drove up to the testing location and a nurse named Jennifer performed the swab in my nostril test. I had warned her of my trepidation and previous unpleasant experiences. She was so gentle and yet, thorough. I felt the swab collected the same amount of sample as the other tests I had in the past, but this time, it was different. I didn’t feel like patient # 56 of 80. There was no rush. Jennifer, thank you much for being patient, gentle and professional !!!! If I ever need another test, I will be seeking you out to administer it to me. Jeff Price
