I was a bit skeptical of going to Hurley Urgent Care as the few times I have had experience with the Emergency Room at Hurley, NONE of them were positive. However, I can wholeheartedly say the on site Urgent Care Clinic is AMAZING for children and adults. We have been in and out in under an hour from anything from strep throat to a needing stitches in a foot. We highly recommend this Urgent Care facility!

Took an xray of arm after fall Found it broken at the elbow. Placed in cast and referred to ortho. Clean, fast, polite service. Very pleased.

Of course with any Urgent Care, you should expect to wait your turn. I may have waited 30 minutes, was called back and given immediate attention. The Dr. (can't remember her name) was very attentive. Didn't seem like she was in a hurry to move on. She listened and answered all my questions. W.C.

Had to go in today for a COVID test. We arrived early so wait to get in was relatively quick (under an hour). The test takes about 15 minutes for results. Staff was great - did standard test of vitals.

I needed a simple laboratory test. I was in line w many pts before they opened. Could not believe how fast they were able to ck in and handle the numerous types of pts seeking care. Fast, friendly, clean and very organized. I would highly recommend this urgent care for all needs large and small. Physicians there are capable of simple tests and compliance diagnosis. I just want to let everyone know that the Sunday hours are wrong. The Extended Hour Clinic is not open until 4pm they are only open until 2pm and stop registering patients at 1:45pm. If you want to verify this please go to hillsanddales.com for the official office hours.
