Of course with any Urgent Care, you should expect to wait your turn. I may have waited 30 minutes, was called back and given immediate attention. The Dr. (can't remember her name) was very attentive. Didn't seem like she was in a hurry to move on. She listened and answered all my questions. W.C.

The staff is professional but very friendly and put you at ease. I did not have to wait more than a few minutes before I was seen for treatment. The doctor was very kind and knowledgeable, and explained in detail what medication would be administered and the course of treatment that was required to resolve my medical issue. While they do sometimes have a wait-time due to increased patient traffic, the quality of care, beside manner, friendliness of staff, and cleanliness of the facility can't be beat in the area! There are however NOT open 12pm-10pm as this website lists. Their hours are 10am-8pm seven days a week.

I've been going to this Urgent care for 2 to 3 years and have had no issues, except my prescription got sent to the wrong pharmacy.
